Biography
As an Associate Professor of Law and the Environmental Law Librarian at Vermont Law School, Christine Ryan teaches Advanced Environmental Legal Research as well as individualized environmental and food & agriculture law research sessions and workshops.
She has created and continues to expand the VLS Environmental Law Research Sources database which describes and links to more than 500 selected Internet resources that support the practice of environmental law. She has also created an in-depth Research Guide covering Food & Agriculture Law and Policy. She selects the environmental law collection of books and electronic resources for the VLS Library and provides information services to the VLS community. Prior to her years at VLS, Professor Ryan was a librarian at Dartmouth College and at Yale University, where she also taught research classes.
