Biography

Wenfang Liang LLM’22 is a fellow with the U.S.-Asia Partnerships for Environmental Law. She was a member of our first cohort of Environmental Mission Scholars in China and is passionate about using legal tools to protect the environment. Before going to VLS, Wenfang had three-year work experience in Chinese local environmental NGOs.
