Biography

Lindsey Cole is the Program Coordinator for the Center for Agriculture and Food Systems (CAFS), where she provides administrative, grant, project and technical support for faculty, staff and students. She is a native Vermonter and Vermont Law and Graduate School alumni. Lindsey graduated from VLGS in 2011 with a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy (MELP) and holds a BS in Marine Biology from The University of New England.

Lindsey is passionate about the environment, animals, food, and water systems. Before joining CAFS, she worked for both local and national non-profits dealing with various water policy issues, including watershed quality monitoring and access to clean drinking water. In her spare time, Lindsey is a freelance artist and crafter. She loves painting, traveling, kayaking, and woodland adventures with her dog!
