General Debate: Death Penalty

Phi Alpha Delta Arthur Chapter will hold its first General Debate on the topic of the Death Penalty on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in Yates. Come on out and support your position - Are you for or against the death penalty? Surprise Prominent Moderator will be moderating the event.
