Jewish Law Student Association Feb Meeting

The Jewish Law Student Association is hosting our first meeting of the semester from 5:00pm-6:00pm on Wednesday, February 23rd, in the Cornell Room of the Library (upper floor). This meeting is open to all VLS students and staff regardless of your religious affiliation.

The meeting will begin with a brief description of the events we have planned this semester, including a Purim Party, a Shabbat meeting, and a Passover Seder.

The focus of this meeting is a discussion on “Community Building:” defining what it means to be a part of a community, what that involves, and why it’s important. We believe that everyone at VLS has valuable and unique perspective to offer on this topic; we would love your input.
