ELS will be hosting a showing of Emptying the Skies in Oakes 107 at 5:30 PM. Emptying the Skies is based on wildly popular New Yorker essay by best-selling author Johathan Franzen. It exposes the rampant poaching of migratory songbirds in southern Europe. You can watch a trailer for the movie here.
