Energy Law Concentration
Overview
The Concentration in Energy Law involves the study of the law and policy relating to renewable energy development and the environmental problems associated with traditional energy production.
The concentration requires a minimum of 14 credits of coursework and experience or writing in the area of energy law. Students are required to earn a GPA of 3.0 or better in all concentration courses to earn the concentration. This concentration is not open to MERL or LLM in Energy Law students.
